You can easily attach the tail and ear material to the model within the app. Since this is a Live2D item, it moves by tracking and physics according to the direction of the face and the blink of the eyes. There are one ear (jear) and both ears (jears), but the movements are the same. One ear (jear) can be attached one by one on the left and right.
